I need your help. I am from non-EU country. I got from Turkish Embassy visa for Belgium for 6 months. The type of visa is D and has a remark: BNL2, B3.
    I want to know:
    1. what these abbreviations mean?
    2. May I travel with this visa to all the schengen countries ?

Thank you in advance for your answer.

You're moving to Belgium to study (B3). BNL2 means it's a BeNeLux visa issued at a mission abroad. You can now use a D visa for the whole of the Schengen area. This was not the case a few years ago.
