Dependent visa for Netherlands

Few days back Netherlands visa type D is issued to me. When I applied for this visa my status was 'Single'.
Till now I have not traveled to Netherlands and applied to resident permit.

But I am getting married in few days i.e before my travel to Netherlands.
Will I be able to apply for dependent visa for my wife before resident permit?
Or there would be other constraints.
