Dependent Visa for Sweden

Hi,

I have to get Sweden dependent visa processes for my wife.
Her name in passport and all other documents is Bharti Agrawal, while only in marriage certificate its Bharti Agrawal Gupta. Will there be a problem because of this name conflict or not?
Please confirm.
An early response will help me take an action accordingly and quickly.
