Schengen Visa - Germany - No Surname in Passport

Greetings,

I am new to this forum & seeking an immediate advice.

I am applying for Schengen Business visa to travel Germany.
My full name is Amir Ali Khan, where Khan is my Surname.
But my passport has complete name in First name & Surname is blank. So it looks like this, First name = Amir Ali Khan ; Surname =
Now schengen visa requires surname & without it the application form remains incomplete & pending.
What should I write in Surname field in the form. Please suggest

Found the answer, repeat your First name twice, that is Write your First name (as mentioned in passport) in the field of Surname. So that all the information remain intact as per the passport details

Did you manage to get the visa with the same first name and last name? I have the same problem. Did you face any issues?
