Schengen Visa - where to apply?

I reside in UK and have an Indian Passport. Planning a 3-night trip to Paris in Feb 2015 and 6-night trip to Greece in May 2015, should we apply for schengen visa to France embassy or Greece embassy? (More inclined to apply to Greece as they don't need an original letter from employer, but is it possible to do that?) Would appreciate your help, thanks!

Apply with the country that will be your main destination: the place where you will spent the most time. If there is no clear main country, apply at the country of first entry. If you have an EU/EEA spouse and join him/her, a free, accelerated "EU/EEA family member" procedure applies.
