Chances of Visa approval for applying frequently?

Hi Members,

I visited Germany two months back which was a week long trip and now I am planning to visit again next month for a longer period(20 days). Is there a problem in applying for the tourist visa again? My travel agent was saying my chances of getting the visa are low because I recently visited the place and granting again may become a problem? [P.S: I am a Indian citizen with a Indian passport]

This is my first post here, please let me know your opinion. I really wanted to go back there in my holidays.
