My wife is a citizen of India. She has a valid F-2 (dependent of F1) visa stamp on her passport which will expire on 14 May 2020.
Since at the time of F2 stamping I was on STEM OPT so her I-20 was valid till my EAD expiration date which is Nov 2, 2015.
I had applied for a change of status to the H-1B visa through Juniper which got approved for both of us and effective from Oct 1.
Now she is going to India to get a H-4 (dependent of H1) stamped in my passport. She will be travelling to Mumbai with Frankfurt as a stopover for few hours. She will not be getting out of my airport.
Does she requires a airport transit visa or any other additional travel documents if I have a valid(unexpired) US visa.
She has a approved I-797 with her which will be required for stamping.
While coming back to US she will have a H4 (valid US visa)stamp instead of F2.
Can you please let me know if she need to carry more documents in order to have a smooth transit.
