Transit visa for family on expired H4 visa and valid I-797
My wife and kids are traveling to India from Lufthansa with 2 hour stopover in Munich.
They have valid I-797 but expired H4 visa.
As per German consulate requirements they might need transit visa but on some sites people mentioning not needing visa as it is the same airport.
Can anyone in similar situation share their experience?
You help would be highly appreciated.
