Norwegian Airlines transit visa

I couldn't get the flight because of Norwegian Airlines faulth
I'm Turkish citizen and also I have us visa

I had wanted to go Kosova by cheapest route so your system made for me this flights one of them was through Stockholm airport in spite of that Sweden doesn't acquire transit visa from me because I have Turkish passport and also have us visa
So couldn't get the flight and l haven't got my payment back
