I have an Indian passport. I'll be travelling to Delhi, India from USA. My J1 visa has expired, however, I have a valid DS2019.
Will I need a transit visa in Frankfurt ?

I am an Indian citizen and i am staying in kiev, ukraine for my higher studies. I have a residence permit for ukraine. I have my tickets from kiev to delhi via munich with a short stay of 5 hrs. and from delhi to kiev via frankfurt with a stay of 9 hrs and i dont wish to leave the transit area or the airport. I wish to stay at the transit area . I want to know that do i need a transit visa for the short stay like in my case ? Please let me know as i have lots of confusions
