visa after marriage

hi, I need to ask for some information. I am a Czech citizen and I live in Turkey where I met my fiance, we are getting married soon. After the marriage we would like to visit my family in Czech and then travel around Europe and even to stay in Europe maybe in the UK. My fiance is a Turkish citizen, he is a bit worried about the visa procedure because a few months ago he applied for student visa to the UK and he was refused. After that we wanted to go for holiday to France and Greece but for both of them he got refusal unfortunately. Then in December we applied for Czech visa becase we wanted to visit my parents before getting married but unfortunately again he got refusal.
Is ıt possible that the other refusals are connected to the UK refusal? After marriage does he have a chance to get schengen visa and then even UK visa? Please, help us, I will be waiting for any answer.
