Schengen visa question. which consulate to apply

My travel involves 3 days in Paris, France and 4 days in Zurich. Entry is in Paris// So which consulate should I apply Schengen visa? Please guide. I am indian with US born kids

I'm pretty sure you could apply at a French consulate since it's the first country of arrival. Either that or apply at the consulate of a country where you'll be staying for the longest period of time.
