Transit Visa Via Paris

Hi,

I am holding an Indian passport & I am travelling to India by Delta Airways via Paris. On the day of my travel my US Visa would have EXPIRED. I shall not deplane in Paris & shall deplane only in India.

Do I need to take a Transit visa under these conditions ?

Also, If I fly thru Air India, they say, I will not need a transit Visa. Is this true?

Please confirm on this & let me know ASAP.

yes, Air India is the only airline where you would not need a transit visa.
