From UK, which country is easier to apply for Schengen visa?

Question: Which country is easy and faster for processing the visa? Ideally I would like to have multiple entries for 6 months. I am planning to travel Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Greece. I have tentative appointment with Germany and Italy so far. The nearest appointment I got is for Germany, is it easy/fast enough?

You can't apply anywhere you like.

You have to apply where you are going to spend most of your time.

it's rather difficult to say for sure,which country application will be the fastest one. In general, the waiting period for an appointment can be several weeks, especially during the months of March, June, July, August and December.
