I have got a Schengen visa from Belgium already however the ticket I have is for Germany. Will you please let me know if I can enter Germany as a point of entry with my Schengen visa being issued from Belgium?

i think that if you do that, nothing wrong will happen.as Germany is included into the Schengen zone.
