French Transit visa

I am a visitor to the US on B1 and I would like to spend 3 days in France at end of my trip in US and before going back to india. Can I get a Transit Visa on arrival at french airport, or I need to get a French transit visa in US?

you will have to apply for a short stay visa in US, transit visa is only if the us visa is expired and you are travelling through any european country, then transit visa is required.
