France Schengen Rejected/Re-apply?

Hi,

My schengen application to France was rejected. I am thinking of applying to Belgium with some additional documents. My ticket is to Brussels (through Paris). My friend has a residence permit in Belgium and is on a scholarship. We plan to include this in the application as a show of support from somebody there.

What are the chances of getting a schengen visa from another country considering I just got rejected by one country?

it's difficult to judge whether you'll get visa or not. the process is individual, besides i don't know the reasons of your first rejection. try do it!!!
