Schengen visa and port of entry

Hi,

I was planning to travel to Italy on a business visa and had applied for the Schengen visa at Italian consulate. But the business plan has changed and I will be traveling to Finland instead of Italy.

Can I travel to Finland on the Schengen visa applied at Italian Consulate.
