I am citizen of Serbia and Montenegro traveling from Pittsburgh (USA) to Serbia on August 18th.
I am connecting through two countries on the way to my final destination Belgrade,Serbia. Those two countries are France and Italy.
My status in the U.S is foreign worker and I have immigration petition approval from my employer with valid dates until 10/31/2010.
However, my visa for the U.S has expired. That is why I am traveling back home to renew my visa for the U.S
I will be staying only 30 minutes in each one of those two countries airports (France and Italy).
Do I need a transit visa to those two countries on the way to Serbia given my status.
