My husband has got admission for MBA in Germany, and we both had applied for a visa. he had applied for student visa, and Myself as spouse dependent.
His course is for 11 months. We had shown sufficient funds, and fulfilled all requirements for both of us,
Now, my husband has been granted a student visa, but my visa has been not approved on the grounds that student's studies should be 12 months or more for the spouse to accompany.
Could you please advise a way out. If i get a tourist visa for 3 months, can that be extended? or any other type of visa one can apply for/
