Transit VISA

Hello,

My nationality is "India". I have a valid US, F-1 Student visa, which expires on 30th June 2010. I am going to travel to India via London on 27th Dec 2007 and returning on 16th Jan 2008. I am not going to change the airport. I have a transit time of 3 hours. Do I need a transit visa for UK?
