Travelling to France

Hi,

I work for a france based company in Bangalore (INDIA) as Business Development Manager.

my company is sending me for a business meet in france ( Paris ) 10 days,

My question are:

I'm new to this organization ( 7 Months ) will that be a problem for visa ?

I don't have IT returns for 3 years

and I have only two more blank pages left in my passport

Kindly suggest me the possibilities of getting a Business VISA
