Transit Visa required or not..???

Hi All,

Iam having a valid H4 approval and H4 visa stamp in PP is expired. Iam planning to make a trip to Inida using my AP.

Now... from UK, we need a Transit Visa.. so if I choose to travel via Paris(Newark-->Paris-->Bom-->HYD), do I need a Transit Visa...??

Called the Airlines but useless. They advised me to call Paris embassy..lol..funny..

Please advice..
