Hi,
Myself, my baby (6 month) and my mother are travelling from SFO to Mumbai via Virgin Atlantic airways (SFO to LHR- Virgin Atlantic then 10 hrs halt then LHR to Mumbai by Jet airways). Do we need to take transit visa for London as our halt is 10+ hrs to stay at airport.
Our Visa status is as follows-
1) My Mother- She is B1( 10 yr Multiple entry-Visitor visa holder).Visa expiry date later than our travel date.
2) My baby- He is US citizen and holds US passport.
3) Myself- I had H1 visa and I did status transfer to L2 visa (visa and I-94 Valid till 2010, L2 visa not valid for re-entryin US).
