I have planned to go on a Europe package tour (tour operator:Cox&Kings) with my family including my nephew (Blood brothers son) this summer (May2008). I would like my newphew (Fayaz) to join me and my family during this trip to Europe , as his parents are no more.I am his legal gaurdian and hold Tamil Nadu state government authorised legal guardianship document.
However When we applied for U.K tourist visa, my nephews visa alone was refused on not having required documents to prove legal-gaurdianship. I would like to know if i stand a chance on getting schengen visa for my nephew now with
Tamil Nadu state government authorised legal gaurdianship document as a proof .I am unable to get a court authorised legal-guardianship proof at this time as the court here is closed for summer holidays for a period of one month.
