I work for a MNC and will soon be posted to germany.My wife and I are both from Non EU countries.

The company will provide me with a work visa. but whats the best way for us to move together when I leave (at the same time)? Should the MultinationalCompany sponsor the Visa for my spouse? if yes, what type of visa can should they go for? Or even if we need to apply oursleves, how should we proceed and what type of Visa will be best for my spouse ?

Most good companies take care of paperwork for the applicant as well as dependents. Check with the HR what visa they are applying for you and look up what kind of dependents are allowed on the visa.
