To Whom It May Concern:

I am a Filipino citizen as well as a Green Card holder. I am planning to hopefully study abroad next summer, particularly in Spain. While studying, I am also planning to visit the surrounding countries. What sort of visa should I apply for? Does the student visa allow me to visit the neighboring countries?
