B1/B2 Visa

Hi,

I am working in the US Virgin Islands on a valid L1 Visa. My parents have come to visit me. They are on a B1/B2 Visa.

I want all of us to visit Europe for a week. How should I proceed to procure a schengen Visa for all of us?
