Schengen Visa to France

Dear Sirs,

I have a valid schengen visa to france and will expire on 2nd Dec and I intend to renew my passport now and the old passport will be stamped cancel , my question is will the schengen visa be still valid or not?

Just carry both passports. Don't need new visa.
