Do indian nationals require Transit visa if travelling via paris to India?
My parents came to US frm India on a visitor visa on Jun 5th via Paris on Delta airlines. But at that time they did not require any transit visa.
Now they r planning to go back in Sep and their return journey too is via paris on same airlines. when i called the airlines to book their return dates they r telling they may require a transit visa in paris?
Is it true? have rules cghanged now?
Can any one thro light on this plz.

Transit Visa Delta Airlines JFK to Bombay Via Paris

Hi,
I have a H1B visa and am travelling to India via Paris. Wanted to know if i require a Transit Visa.
The main concern i have is that my H1B visa expires on jan 14th and i am travelling on November 20th and back on december 2nd .
Just wated to make sure that will the fact that my visa expires in the next 2 months from the date i am entering US be a problem any where . i have applied for a H1B renewal and will carry a Letter from my employer in case my i dont receive my approval

Transit visa at London/Paris

I am in USA on H1-B and my family with H4. On Sep 30th 2003, both H1 and H4 got expired. The extension has been applied but not yet received the papers from INS.

Now the question is, if I plan my return journey, should I have a transit visa for any stop over countries?

I have an expired L1 visa .Incase i m planning a AI newark-mumbai trip which If i am not wrong stops at paris for refuelling , will I b needing a transit visa for france
