Probably this question is asked many times, but wondering about H1B visa approvals. I am an Indian citizen working in US on H1B. My visa stamping has expired but I do have valid visa approval notice(I-797). I will be traveling via Frankfurt. Do I still need Airport Transit Visa? I have seen many threads in this forum talking about advance parole, which I am not applicable, makes me wonder whatever they say in German mission site, Exception 4, still applies in my case.
