Visitor Visa

I am a US citizen, my husband is Jamaican with a Jamaican passport & US residency.

We are going to England and then to visit friends in Germany. He has a visitors Visa for England, but if we decide to visit other friends in Spain while in Germany, can he get a temporary pass or something to go to Spain? Or can he travel to Spain with the visa from England.
