H4 visa - Please advice at the earliest

I got married recently which is a second marraige and got registered in Tamilnadu and we got the registration certificate. My name in the registration certificate is differently printed compared to my passport.

When my passport was issued, it is with my wife's name who is not alive now.

I am planning to initiate the process for H4 stamping. Please advice, if the above issues would effect the stamping and suggest me any alternative procedures, on my current situation.

Not an issue. Ask your current wife to carry the death certificate when appearing for the visa stamping. If you wish, you can get your passport endorsed with your current wife's name.
