Hello all!
I am currently in Germany on a Schengen Visa, but would like to complete a language course.
I am a South African passport holder, but living in Canada, with a PR card.
I visited the Ausländeramt but they said they couldn't do anything for me.
Can I apply for a language course visa while I'm here, or do I need to return to canada? Or do I just need to leave the EU? or just the schengen states?
