Transit Visa

Dear Sirs,

This summer I (dutch national) am travelling with my wife and daughter
(Indonesian nationals) to Indonesia trough London.

I understand from your website that they do not need a visa because they
qualify for a “transit without visa”.

They have a legal Dutch permit and live in Holland.

Could you confirm that this is the case??
