Hello,
My boyfriend who is studying in Italy has a visa D valid until end august 2009. He does not have the residence permit yet cause it takes 8 months to receive. But he would like to travel to France in july and august. How can he apply for a tourist visa for France? can he apply with his italian visa D? or can he just apply to the French embassy? i tried to contact them but i have a different answer all the time.
