Business travel to Poland on German Residence Permit/Work Permit

Hello,
I am an Indian citizen and presently deputed to Germany on a Residence permit/ Work Permit.

I need to travel to Poland for business meeting ( 5-6) days. Although Poland is now part of Schengen states, I want to know if i can travel on my German WP/RP to Poland for 5-6 days or do i need a separate visa? and if i can travel is there any restriction of days?
