URGENT-schengen visa Valid for (-BNL , EST , CH , M , A , PL , P , SK , FIN)

I got Business Visa to Germany and its written on it the following:

Valid for (-BNL , EST , CH , M , A , PL , P , SK , FIN)

anyone can help me to understand what those codes means?

its really urgent because i must fly next week and i need to know if i can visit Sweden or not by this visa.

Your visa is not a complete schengen visa. normally schengen visa is valid for all the EU countries. But ur visa is restricted to these countries only. These countries are Belgium, Netherlands, Estonia, Switzerland, Malta, Austria, Poland, Slovakia and Finland. you can only visit these countries, not more than mentioned here. so, you need to plan your travel carefully.
