Transit Visa UK

Hello,

I am citizen of India. Have a Indian passport authorized by India Gov.
I have valid 1 yr residence permit for Belgium
I have B1 Visa stamped for US (valid till 2016)


I am planing to visit India and traveling from Belgium to India via London (LHR) airport. I have to change Air India flight at LHR and wait time is 2hr. Also I have returned ticket for Belgium.
Do I need Airport Transit Visa for this travel?
