Dear Sir/Madam,
I wonder could you help me please – I am a Republic of Ireland citizen and I want to bring a Russian national friend of mine to Ireland for 10 days , She needs to apply for an Irish visa and hopefully when she gets it then she will book the flights and she will be able to produce the return tickets when she arrives in London Heathrow Airport while she is transferring to the Dublin flight.This will be a maximum of 2 -3 hours for the connecting flight as she will not be staying over night in London.
Does she need to apply for a transit visa- and if so can she apply and pay for the visa on line.
