I have a Rwandan friend, who lives in Kigali, Rwanda. She wants to apply for a Schengen Entry Visa from the Dutch Embassy in Kigali.
Once she has this Entry Visa from the Dutch Embassy, can she book a SN
Brussels Airlines flight Kigali-Brussels , enter in Belgium and then travel
later to Holland ?
