Sir,
I am an Indian Citizen. I traveled to US on Feb 27 2010,
from India via frankfurt by lufthansa (no transit visa taken). My visitor visa (B1/B2) to US was canceled at the border. I entered US on I-193 (Visa Waiver). It is valid for 6 months till Aug 26, 2010. I have the I-94 also till Aug 26, 2010 based on this visa waiver.
I am traveling to India back on Aug10, 2010 - much before the visa waiver/ I-94 date, again by lufthansa thru frankfurt.
Question - Do I need a airport transit visa? I will have a valid I-193 till aug 26, even though my b2 visa is canceled.
My gap between the flights is only 2 hours and I am taking the first flight after my US flight.
