Hello,
I am a U.S citizen in the armed forces and im currently stationed at the NATO Headquarters in Lisbon Portugal. my wife is a Trinidadian citizen residing in the UK on a student visa. I would like to bring her here to live with me for the duration of my tour which ends November 2012. Does she need a shengen visa even though I have an established residence here? and if so what are the requirements and documents we need and where do we file ?. thanks for your time and help
