Icelandic Visa for a permanent residence of USA

Hi

I'm a citizen of USA but i also have icelandic passport. My husband have a Jordanian passport but have a permanent residence of the USA. We are planning to go to Iceland for 3 weeks for my sister wedding. What kind of visa does he need and where do i apply for it.
