Schengen Tourist Visa for 95 days?

I'm a citizen of India, studying in US. I will be in Spain for an internship for about 80 days. 10 days in Germany. I will have to stay over for an extra 5-6 days in Spain because of a conference at the end. Does 90 days include duration of stay in Spain alone or does it include all the Schengen countries. Will I have to get an extended stay visa if I need to stay in Schengen countries for 95 days on a tourist visa? Any information would be helpful.
