Hello,
I really need someone to confirm whether or not I need an airport transit visa considering my current situation:
"However, the citizens of the above-mentioned countries do not require Airport Transit visa, if any of the following requirements are met:
They have a valid residence permit issued by Andorra, Canada, Japan, San Marino, or the USA guaraneeing the holder's unconditional readmission."
My interpretation is that if I have a USA green card which guarantees that I will be readmitted to the US, then I do not need the airport transit visa. Is this correct?
Thanks.
Jose
I really need someone to confirm whether or not I need an airport transit visa considering my current situation:
- I'm a citizen and passport holder of the Dominican Republic
- I'm a permanent resident and green card holder of the United States of America
- I'm planning to travel from US to Senegal (staying there for a week on vacation)
- The flights that I found have me passing through Portugal or France.
