Respected sir or madam,
I have an enquire .one of our relative is coming to port of spine trinidad and tobago, westindies on 26 th of may.her rout of journy is from hydrabad ,to dubai ,dubai to london gatwig ,same air port with three hours transit time and from there to port of spine.i want to know wheather she needs uk transit visa.she is trvelling in emirats air lines up to london and from london to port of spain she is travelling in british air ways.i am confused.please help me with the information .when I called uk high commission they said ,if it is the same air port with less than 9 hours of transit time there is no need of visa please help me with the information for conformation .
