Question about inviting my girlfriend to Germany

I am currently an International student from Africa studying in Finland.
I am on internship to Germany for only six months.

My girlfriend says she'll like to come and visit me in December while I'll still be here.

Is it possible for me to invite here?

What do I need to invite her?
