German student visa
Hi,
I am an Indian citizen living with my husband (s/w engg) in USA . I am having H4 visa and I got admission in a University in Germany. I applied for the german student visa for me and a resident permit visa for my husband at the same time. We submitted the passport along with I-797 (Approval Notice) , as we are in extension. But now the german alien office is asking that the passport should contain US visa stamping for my husband. Can we just hold my husband's visa process and ask them to proceed mine. Is it possible?
