My nephew who holds an Indian passport will be going to Japan around 3rd week October, on official duties, and plans to make a transit stop-over at Singapore for a couple of days when returning to India..
I shall be grateful if you could inform as soon as possible whether it will be necessary for him to obtain a visa for his short stay, so that he may be better positioned to plan on his proposed itinerary.
